True sources of strength are gentleness and acceptance of oneself. If we can fully love and accept ourselves, we begin to accept our own essence, our humanity. You’ll be able to flow from one experience to the next no matter how difficult it is if you perceive life as lessons for your progress.
Ask yourself, “Who are you really?” What are the things that are most important to you? What brings you joy? The most essential thing is to accept yourself for who you are and to pursue what you want rather than what others desire for you.
Remember that everything in your life has meaning: every experience, every person you meet, every object you come across; nothing you come across is personal. If you can let go of your beliefs about who you were yesterday, who you believed you were vanishes completely, leaving only what is significant.
