When basic needs aren’t met Humans can’t evolve.
To evolve as humans, Maslow’s 5th and last is SELF-ACTUALIZATION “morality, creativity, spontaneity, acceptance, experience purpose, meaning and inner potential” Now think about the world and why people behave the way they do and the cause for Relationship issues, poverty, crime. When one’s basic needs are met one can evolve. I understand human behavior.

Your Sunday Morning Fix: Know what’s real or fake before you attach yourself to it.
Remember, when you allow the outside world into your life, everything you see, read and every conversation you have becomes a part of your learning process, so therefore you must decipher what’s true or fiction, what’s real or fake before you attach yourself to it.

When you realize that your life isn’t centered around impressing others, this frees up your energy to focus on things, and people that really make a difference in your life.

Your Tuesday morning fix: Loneliness is the result of an inability to be authentic.
Loneliness results from not being able to be authentic. People that are not true to you will be the ones you attract if you don’t show who you really are.

Your Monday morning fix: People’s treatment of you reflects their self-esteem.
It’s easy to tell how people feel about you. When they don’t value themselves, they won’t see your value, when they don’t trust themselves to make good decisions, they will find it hard to accept any advice given. The more time you spend with these people, the less you will value and trust yourself.

Your Saturday Morning Fix: Being superficial will lead to loneliness.
Often times we feel lonely because we entertain superficial relationships. Focus on building relationships that has depth ones that make you feel included and appreciated instead of looking for instant gratification or a quick fix.
